These terms of service are valid from 29.08.2025.

The store sells products to individuals of legal age in Finland. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs.
Ordering
Products are ordered in the online store by transferring them to the shopping cart and paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online payment service. All customer information is treated confidentially. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that arise in it, unless otherwise stated. When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the terms of delivery in force at any time.
Payment and payment methods
The payment service is Paytrail, through which online payments of all domestic banks are available as payment options.

Order and payment confirmation
Once we have received your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email, which will show your order details. To receive an order confirmation, you must provide your email address when placing an order. The customer agrees to the delivery terms and conditions in force with each order. Always check the content of the order confirmation. If you have any questions, contact our customer service immediately. Save the order confirmation in case you need to contact customer service. When dealing with customer service, always have your customer number and order number available. Always check that the contents of the package match the products on the order confirmation.

Delivery methods and costs
Shipping costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the shipping costs after you have selected the desired shipping methods for your order.
Delivery time
Our most common delivery times to Finland vary depending on the order and delivery method. We generally ship orders 1-2 times a week. Exceptions to delivery time estimates are stated if there are out-of-stock products in the shopping cart, and we will also inform you of any possible delays immediately after ordering.
We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. The online store informs about any unusual delivery times on its website.
Return terms
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the last batch of goods has been received or, in the case of downloadable products, from the time of receipt of the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract in an unequivocal manner (for example, by letter sent by post or e-mail).
In order to meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient to send your notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the end of the withdrawal period.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs of choosing a delivery method other than the most affordable standard delivery offered by us), without delay and in any case no later than 14 days after we receive your notification of withdrawal. We will reimburse you using the payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case so that you do not incur any costs for the return of the payments. You must bear the direct costs of returning the products.
You must send the goods back without delay and no later than 14 days after you have given your notification of withdrawal. The deadline has been met if you send the goods back before the expiry of the 14-day period.
You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the goods that is a result of handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.
Unclaimed package
Non-claiming is not the same as a return or cancellation. We will charge the delivery costs for an unclaimed package for which no separate cancellation notice has been made.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the error in writing within 14 days at the latest to the address mentioned in the Right of cancellation and return conditions section or by calling the telephone number mentioned in the contact information. If the package is clearly damaged in transport, you must immediately file a complaint with the shipping company you have chosen.
